Global property showcase in Gurgaon – Summer offers on London & Dubai homes

Our global property showcase in Gurgaon, held this June, 2025, was a raging success. With record attendees and a veritable uptick in audience participation, the event focused on summer offers on London & Dubai homes. The topics covered a large gamut starting with high rental returns, second homes, long-term capital growth and more.

The venue, DoubleTree by Hilton saw eager crowds of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) being presented with and selecting handpicked investment opportunities across prime London Zones 1–4 and Dubai's iconic Business Bay and Jumeirah Islands. The event was particularly important and time-sensitive considering that rental yields are up by 10% in Dubai and 6% in London this year.
