- UK property prices are stabilising with positive growth. Buyer demand is rapidly rising, sales are moving at a strong pace and capital appreciation remains consistent.
- London’s economic growth outpaces the rest of the UK. This movement is boosted by factors such as finance, tech and education hubs that seamlessly complement the major infrastructure upgrades carried out all over London, including the introduction of the Crossrail.
- In other good news, Indian nationals have become the biggest group of property owners in London. Investments by discerning Indian buyers have risen by a whopping 17% in 2024 alone. This momentum is backed by rising student inflows, robust rental yields and strengthening UK-India trade ties.
- Investors can benefit from rental yields between 4% to 5.5% in prime London areas, including Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Wembley, Southwark and White City.
