Meet the team

Gautam Nowlakha, Head of Sales, Mumbai

Gautam brings a rare combination of financial rigour and firsthand investment experience to his work with Indian clients. Holding a Master's in Finance and a degree in Electronic Engineering, he spent over a decade with major energy trading companies, where he developed strong capabilities in risk assessment and portfolio strategy.

He has also been an active investor in the UK property market himself, which gives his advice a practical dimension that goes beyond the transactional. At Benham & Reeves, Gautam leads sales in Mumbai and works with clients across all stages of the investment process, from initial market entry through to mature portfolio management.

Sushant Ohri, Head of Business Development, Delhi

Sushant holds a Master's in International Business from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from India and has over ten years of experience across real estate markets in the UAE, India and South Africa. He has managed HNI portfolios across varied asset classes, worked with major developers including EMAAR and DAMAC and has handled international portfolios for investor clients across the GCC regions. At Benham & Reeves, he leads business development for the Delhi region, bringing a breadth of cross-market experience that is well-suited to investors looking at London from a global portfolio perspective.
