Development One

Oval Village, SE11: Zone 1, Central London

It is not every day that a Victorian gas holder becomes one of London's most talked-about new addresses. Oval Village is exactly that. It is a large-scale Berkeley transformation on the South Bank, sitting at the junction of SE11 and the Nine Elms regeneration corridor, with the Kia Oval Cricket Ground as its immediate neighbour.
