Development One
Oval Village, SE11: Zone 1, Central London
It is not every day that a Victorian gas holder becomes one of London's most talked-about new addresses. Oval Village is exactly that. It is a large-scale Berkeley transformation on the South Bank, sitting at the junction of SE11 and the Nine Elms regeneration corridor, with the Kia Oval Cricket Ground as its immediate neighbour.
Two phases are currently available.
The Pinnacle is an 18-floor tower comprising Manhattan, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, completed through 2026, with some ready to move into now.
The Halo houses 199 apartments, including 18 penthouses, built within the preserved iron frame of a Grade II-listed Victorian gas holder, completing in early 2028.
Both phases look directly over the Kia Oval pitch.
Berkeley has also announced its sponsorship of Surrey County Cricket Club and the Kia Oval for the 2026 season, a meaningful signal of its long-term commitment to the neighbourhood.
Residents at Oval Village hold a PTAL 6b transport rating, the highest possible connectivity grade in London, a standard shared by just 4% of all London addresses.
Three Zone 1 stations sit within ten minutes on foot: Oval (Northern line), Kennington (Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line and National Rail). The West End, the City and Canary Wharf are each between 10 and 20 minutes from your front door.
